 In Wilmington it will rain for about an hour or so and blow over ,most the time so don,t let it ruin your vacation.Its 98% sunny here I would say but if it's storming on the beach head out,go downtown and visit the cape fear river and store's,places to eat there are great places to visit take a tour of screen gem studio's and nightlife you can hit the clubs downtown and some movie stars will go to the clubs to just don't smother them that's why they do go out on the town here because no one bothers them. Wilmington North Carolina it's a great place to be. I am privileged to be able to live here and honored.

Ok I promised you more about the cape fear area well there is a place called jungle rapids that has everything from a wave pool to a awesome water slide.They also have a indoor arcade and go carts also the have rides and they have made it so the hole family can have fun no matter what you like.

Just to let you all know all retal propertys have no vacancy on carolina beach or pleasure island nc but there still maybe some hotels or motels with vacancy. Everything around here is real closeso may I suggest downtown or maybe leland or southport northcarolina there are also some places north of wilmington like castle hayne or a little east and west burgaw,portersneck just ask someone if your already here or look them up these are some of the names they go by. traffic has been very bad when heading out west over the memorial bridge which is 17,74-76 down to one lane at about 8 pm the last couple nights for road work thanks again islandike
