 Yes the cape fear region has had a very hard winter and I know so has the northern states.But here it is very unusual I use to be able to predict the winters here! So I don't no what to expect for summer, most likely it will be the hottest in history. We have been hitting 20 degree temps here and then a couple days later 70 degrees who can understand it.Also the ocean has never been so cold norm is about 64 all winter and this year it has been between 46 and 58 who knows what that will bring so I thing we all need to help conserve the environment in a little way everyday that we know how?
